District Chief Bradley “Brad” Masters Broward Sheriff’s Office Department of Fire Rescue (BSODFR), assigned to Hallandale Beach Command (District 7).

Chief Masters has been with the agency since April of 2019 (Assistant District Chief – Weston (District 67). He was promoted to District Chief and assigned to the Hallandale Beach District 7 position at the merge of Hallandale Beach Fire Rescue and BSODFR (January 2020). Chief Masters had 22 years of experience with the City of Pembroke Pines Fire Department, where he rose in rank from Firefighter/Paramedic, to Paramedic Preceptor (a position now referred to as Lieutenant), Driver/Engineer, and Captain. Chief Masters also has been working as a Fire Instructor at the Broward Fire Academy since 2004. Chief Masters has achieved an Associates of Science Degree in Emergency Medical Services, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Administration
