Lori Anne Jones is the President/CEO for SHIFT Strategies – Change Consulting. She is a seasoned strategist with over 20+ years of experience in organizational capacity building and strategic growth. Over the last two decades, Lori Anne has successfully worked with clients and companies within private, public and non-profit sectors to solve complex problems, build leadership and team resilience and translate transformation vision to operational reality. Lori Anne is a member of the Halifax Harbour Rotary Club and was a board member for the last three years as the local service chair. She was also the coordinator for the district 7820 Systemic Racism Task Force in 2020/21 and is currently the Rotary Zone 28 & 32 DEI Resource Chair.
