Hope Air
Jan. 23, 2025 6:30 p.m.
Jon Collins is the Chief Development Officer at Hope Air, a national charity focused on helping Canadians who must travel for medical care. He is a lifelong non-profit professional, having worked in a similar capacity for Parkinson Canada before arriving at Hope Air in the fall of 2021.
Jon lives in Trenton, with his wife and two children. He is originally from Kingston, Nova Scotia. A town of 2,500 with limited medical resources. It is this fact, and the support his mother received from a travel program benefitting cancer patients in his youth that drew him to Hope Air.
Jon holds multiple fundraising certifications and has a track record of helping organizations scale their revenues - a relevant fact for Hope Air, where demand is currently surging and revenues must scale to keep pace.
