Dr. Warren Jestin, Ph.D. served as the Chief Economist of Scotiabank. Dr. Jestin has been with Scotiabank since 1979.
He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Economist of Scotiabank Global Banking & Markets, Research Division until March 1, 2016.
He has worked at the Bank of Canada and taught at several Canadian universities.
